US GC needs to file for Spouse or fiancé (India)

Hello…
I would like to get some information on filing for my future wife. I am currently a U.S Green card holder and I am planning to go India this Nov 2006 to get married. I would like to know some information how to precede this? I would really appreciate if you guys can help me out. Since I am U.S Green Card holder what is the best and quickest way to bring her to U.S.A? I really don’t much about what’s her status is in U.S.A as long as we can be together.

1. If I apply for Fiancé how long will it take?
2. If I apply for under wife is it any quicker?
3. I am planning to start my own small business can I some how bring her to USA under my small business? If so what are the requirements?
4. Where in Indian US embassy should I apply Delhi or Mumbai (Bombay)? Or USA?
5. What are the other alternatives that I am not quite ware of to bring her ASAP to U.S.A?
6. what is qualification to apply under student visa?

2. If I apply for under wife is it any quicker? - 4-5 years during which she cannot come to US, unless on H1B.

On H1-B. You still have to prove that your business can support an employee. But once you declare that you are the owner of the co. and the husband, H1B visa stamping is unlikely.

5. What are the other alternatives that I am not quite ware of to bring her ASAP to U.S.A? H1B with a valid company. It is the only legal way.

6. what is qualification to apply under student visa? F1 is not dual intent. She will not get visa stamping.
