US DOL Notice of Findings

Hi , I am from CT. My CT Labor got cleared and from US DOL I got Notice of Findings. The NOF is issued in accordance with Title 20, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 650.20(c). This is regarding lay off etc.,

My Company didnt hire any lawer, can anybody help me out on how to write the rebuttal.

I would appreciate if anybody reply for this asap.

The internal posting included a salary range, while NY DOL requested one with just one salary. The case was approved in a week or so after the requested second posting was done and mailed to NY DOL.
