I am a Canadian Citizen working on still valid and extendable H1B1 in California (Engineering). I applied for my Labor Certification a little before the cutoff date 3/28/2005 (after which a new electronic system implemented) using traditional ETA750 App. I haven't gotten anything back yet. The backlog center where they will process my file is Dallas, TX. No 'live' person to talk to, no email or case number (the old one is no longer valid). Nobody seam to answer your case update request) sent by my Co’s HR, etc. Any idea? And supposedly I'll get it, how long after will I have to wait (approximate time) until I will receive the Employment Authorization from US CIS? Anyone knows…? Thank you!
