US customs question

Hi,

I am in India currently and will be returning next w/e. I wanted to carry 2 bottles of whiskey on re-entry into the US (SFO).

Is there any restriction against bringing in alcohol into the US, as I haven't done this before?

Duty Free Exemtion:
You can bring one liter of wine, beer, or liquor if you are at least 21 years old.

Just FYI, I have brought back 2 bottles of Liquor on several different occasions from Jamaica, did not have a problem on any occasion.
