US Consulate in Vancouver BC - Visa Interview

I need some input from people who have been to the US consulate in Vancouver, BC for L1 or H1 visa interview/stamping.

I read the instructions from a website and it states it will take up to 3 working days before you can get your visa/passport back since Jan 2004. Has anyone done that recently to confirm this statement? I have done it once in 2000 and I book the appointment online, went in line to Vancouver, BC early morning, atttended the interview and obtained my Visa endorsement and passport at 3 pm the same day.

I have an appointment book on Nov 14 and I intend to fly in from California. Appreciate replies from anyone who has experience recently so I can plan my return flight.

US Visa (L1 or H1) Stamping/Interview in Vancouver BC

Hello,

I post this last week but received no reply. Appreciate if someone who have any recent previous experience heading to Vancouver BC USA consulate to attend visa interview (L1 or H1) and visa stamping respond.

Specifically: will anyone able to get their visa and stamping on the same day if they book their appointment in the morning? If not on the same day, how many days later?

I have an appointment book on Nov 14 and I intend to fly back to California. Appreciate replies from anyone who has experience recently so I can plan my return flight.
