US Consulate in Mexico for H4 to H1

I need to get my H1 visa stamped which starts from Oct 1st.
Currently I am on H4.

Does anyone know of any US Consulate in Mexico that can do this.
I enquried in Cd.Juarez and they said they wont do that.

ANY help highly appreciated.

Check US consulate in Tijuana.

Did u received I-94 with your I-797 approval form,
if yes then to start working you do not need H1 visa
stamped on your passport unless you want to do
it for any other reason.
