Hi,

I am currently a business owner in Canada, and I want to relocate my company to the US. Or, open a second branch of the company in the US.

Is it possible to incorporate in the US, which would then give the rights to conduct business in the US?

Am I missing some steps? I am in the early (very early) stages of my research and I don't even know where to look for the information.

Thanks for the advice and information.

Interestingly enough, in the research I am doing I can not find any specific information for Canadians. Most of the information I am finding are for other countries. I do know for Canada we do not need a Visa to visit the US, but I can not even find the documents indicating this.

I will keep researching. Thanks again for the help, and I am open to advice or suggestions from anyone who may have any.
