I have a question for someone who got is marrried to a Citizen and was on finally got her P/C after the removal of the condition.

Question is does the first 2 conditional years count as part of the 3 years for C/Ship ?

Or the 3 years start after receiving the P/card ?

Yes, the time spent "conditional" does count. Its 3 years from when you first get the GC.

It's 3 years from the "Resident since" date on your Green Card.

Then you can minus 90 days from the 3 year date and apply for citizenship.

I would suggest not applying right on the date that you are eligible but to give it a week or so just in case there are some discrepancies.
