Dear All,

Is anyone familiar with the legal aspects of getting a US Citizenship and owning real estate property in India.

A couple of years back i perused an article regarding this - Pros & Cons and the ramifications ...

If anyone has any information, i would appreciate if someone can throw some light on this..- may be books, web links etc.

With the PIO Card, you will be able to invest in Real-estate in India, so no big deal.
