US citizen sponsoring the family

hi,
I'm a US citizen and wants to file immigrant visas(green cards) for my siblings(brothers and sister). they are over 21 years married with their own family and kids. I need to know what steps do i need to take to file for their immigration. any comment, feedback and suggestion would be deeply appreciated.
thanks

File form I-130 for each sibling (but not for their children or spouses; there is a place on the form to list their spouse and children).

After you do that, they will have a wait of 11 or more years, at which time there will be additional paperwork for you and them to complete the final steps. During those 11 years they must be outside the US, or inside the US legally in some status unrelated to your sponsorship, otherwise their illegal presence in the US could disqualify them from getting green cards.

thanks jackolantern, what kind of documents do i need to attach with I-130... Do i need to hire a lawyer for this, or I can do this by my own?

If none of your siblings or their accompanying family members have legal complications like a criminal record or immigration violations or adopted children, you can handle it without a lawyer. Read the I-130 instructions to learn about the supporting documents.

The paperwork to be filed 11+ years from now is more complex than the I-130, but you have plenty of time to prepare for that.
