us citizen son ????

im currently residing here in the philippines and i would like to know if we
(my family) have a chance to live there in u.s. I have some questions to ask
if im qualified?
On October 1995 my fiance was pregnant and she go there (u.s) and gave birth
w/ our first child, and of course he\'s american citizen cause he\'s born
there. After 8 months she went home here (philippines) and we get married.
On my sons birth certificate he uses her moms last name cause we\'re not yet
married by the time she gave birth. right now im here in the philippines w/
my family, with my wife my son (us citizen) and with his siter & brother. My
question is do we have any legal way to enter or to migrate to us?

please advise me if you have any knowledge for my brother my mother filed a petition in 1992 and she got her citizen ship and she changed the status of my brother and to preference 1 and than he got married with in couple of months and than my mother changed his category again to preference 3 he got interviewd and my mother is 71 years old and she dont work so my uncle cousion he sponsored him for sound income still they denied him and put him into 221GACT administrative processing. and administrative processing take 3 months they said and 3 months is over they didnt respond yet. if any one have knowledge help us we went to 2 lawyers didnt get satisfied answers.

       i received you message which is a wrong answer any way i feel you have knowledge about immigration still my mother applied for my brother and they put him in administrative processing 221G and stop him giving visa they will taking time because my mother dont work and my uncle is a professor live in other house hold he sponsored him with i-864.

Hello Mike, So your saying that your wife was here in the US,right?
How long was she here?..Does she have any family here?.and why did she go home?..From what i understand,your child cannot petition you or your wife until he\'s 21..Bakit hindi na lang nag stay dito?.Siguro it\'s more complicated..anyway,if i can help you in any way, please let me know.Maybe i can get all the information you need.

lam a parent of green card holder and my son is born here.
Do l need a passport whem travelling with him. 11months old.

anytime you travel to any country,you will need a passport..and of course since your not a citizen yet, you need to attained passport of your country and your son will need a US passport.
