Please enlighten me on how can a US citizen sister (she is married and has kids), file a Green Card for her Canadian Citizen brother, and his wife and kids. If it is feasible, then how long will the process take?
It will take several years after filing I-130. After filing it will difficult to visit US because it would have demonstrated immigrant intent.
