Hi, I am a US citizen and marrying my fiance who has no status as off right now in United States. Also, he didn't go for registration in 2002 that was required for all males who were residing in United States without any legal status. I have following concerns and would appreciate if someone can help me out on this matter:
1) What ill effects can he possibly face by not going for registration?
2) I have another year of school left and we are just getting married now but I won't be living with him for another year. I attend school in a different state; is having to separate addresses for me and him will be a problem at the time of registration for wedding?
