US Citizen just married my wife - how should i apply my wife to get US GC?

Hi all,

I am US citizen with US passport. But my wife and I currently living in Hong Kong. I checked I have to submit application for my wife to USCIS.. However, USCIS oversea office only located in Beijing and Guangzhou. Hong Kong has no office.

May i know, for my case, should I send my application to Guangzhou or send it directly to US located USCIS?
Any different for the application time?
For my spouse's application, should it take 5-6 months to complete?

Hope someone can give me some advises.

Hong Kong is not in the jurisdiction of either USCIS Beijing or Guangzhou offices. It is within the jurisdiction of the USCIS Bangkok office, which only accepts direct consular filing of I-130 for residents of Thailand. So you will have to file I-130 with USCIS in the US.

Outside the United States*USCIS Chicago Lockbox
For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries:
USCIS
P.O. Box 804625
Chicago, IL 60680-4107

or

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:
USCIS
Attn: I-130
131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Am I right?

Sorry, one more question......
If I use Hong Kong Post Office service, should I just post it to "For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries" address?
