I need to know my options. I got married to US citizen in 1998 and now my GC interview is almost due. And my husband diappear. I am doing my residency based on the EAD I am renewing every year since 1999. I started my residency in June 2002 and will complete in June 2005. Now I am affraid of if I have to face interview without my husband and got rejected in the interview.
What will happen to me ? Do I have to discontinue my residency?
Should I file divorce and let INS know about the situation?
Should I extend the interview date by some means and complete my residency?
Any pointer to relevant information will highly appreciated.
