US Citizen filing for Spouse

I have my US Citizenship interview in June and want to file for my spouse soon after that. I assume I will be filing the following forms with my Certificate of US Citizenship:
(i) I-130 (Petition to sponsor spouse)
(ii) I-485 (Adjustment of Status)
(iii) I-131 (Advance Parole)
(iv) I-765 (Employment Authorization Document)

Do I file all four forms together at my local district office? Also, what other documents do I need to file with the above forms? Is my spouse's birth certificate needed?

Thanks for any replies in advance.

All together should be file at Chicago Lockbox. Please read the instructions on the form I-485. Check again www.uscis.gov

Many things have changed since you probably recall how was your own process.

Yes, your spouse birth certificate will be needed.

Good luck,

The form needs proof of citizenship. If your spouse is a naturalised USC,a copy of the naturalization certificate and the US passport is enough.

Taskap,
The person is referring to the beneficiary...the beneficiary needs to submitt the birth certificate plus photocopy of the passport.
As sponsor you need to show proof of citizenship (so the petition goes on the right category) like a photocopy of the passport/birth certificate or naturalization certificate.

Good luck,

My bad.I was referring to the sponsor.
The sponsored immigrant needs to submit the birth certificate with the I 485.
But none of the forms needs the photocopy of the passport of the sponsored immigrant(It asks only for the proof of visa.).
But its always advisable to send copy of the passport also.
