Hi friends,
-my father is getting citizenship in april.
-He has applied green card for my sister (25+ year) in 1996.
-What is the process to request the change in her file category once my father gets citizenship in April?
-How long it takes for her to get in USA?
-If she gets married before she comes here how long it takes for her to get GC?
-If she gets married but she declares her marriage once she gets green card, is this good idea?
