Hello,

My wife has delivered two babies in the US, they are now 2 years old, and 3 months old. We, the parents, are non US Citizens, but we are planning to move to live in the US so the kids get a better and safe environment there. How can we legally move to the US as they are both under 21.

Please advise.

Thanks,

You will have to qualify for a US visa on your own. Children born in US are of no help until they turn 21.

You can't just move to the U.S. because "the kids get a better and safe environment there". Otherwise lots of people in lots of countries would move to the U.S. Like other foreigners, you need something like going to the U.S. to visit, or go to school, or work, to be able to go to the U.S.; and those things are only temporary. Your children's citizenship is irrelevant.
