US citizen applying for Canadian spouse's green card

Hey everyone, hoping to receive some information on green card and consular processing. US citizen applying for Canadian spouse's green card while they are in Canada.

Once the I 130 has been filed, approximately how long does it take to receive notice? Secondly, after receiving notice, how long until you receive an interview at the embassy? and then receive approval to cross border?

If we have a young child born in Canada less than three months old, do we have to apply for another I 130 and does it take just as long?

Lastly, when submitting documents for the I 130, at this time do we submit photographs of each other (wedding pics etc.) to prove bona fide marriage?

Thank you so very much in advance!

I think from submitting the I-130 to getting the immigrant visa takes around a year in most countries. Not sure about Canada specifically.

If you were a US citizen when your child was born, the child is almost certainly a US citizen from birth (it would be true if you were physically present in the US, before the birth of the child, for at least 5 years, including 2 years after you turned 14), and you would not petition the child to immigrate, but rather apply for a CRBA and US passport.

You need to submit proof of bona fide marriage. That usually includes things like joint accounts, joint leases, putting each other as beneficiaries on each other's accounts, etc. It can also include pictures, but doesn't have to.
