Hi I just moved to this forum from the DV-Lottery, my wife and I won and got GC two week ago, we are already in the US and waiting for the physical card, my question is:
- My father is US Citizen, he filed an application I-130 for me and my wife one year ago, we were in F3 categorie (7 Years) , my question now that we became residents through other way, do we need to notify somebody about this, like USCIS about the pending application the my father did, is this done automatically and we shouldn´t care about??
