US/Canadian Medicals question

Hi,

I had my medicals done for my 485 (US) application in jan 02. I also applied for Canadian PR in Oct 01 and received the AOR. My question is, do i have to go thru medical tests again for Canadian PR or, could my previous US INS medical tests be sufficient?

When did you receive the File# as you now have got AOR? I sent the PR app about the same time, but I only got File# recently, and was told it gonna take 30 weeks to get result of assessment. What elses are mentioned in the letter? Thanks.
