Hi,
Can anyone tell me if I can take cannadian immigration while my I485 is under process ?
Can I move to canada and cross border to US everday for work (while my US I-485 is pending) At what time I will have to cancel PR for one of the country ?

In my opinion yes. You can have petition for greeen card for several countries if you like while your 485 is in process.

But if you want to travel then that is different thing. You need to obtain the AP (Advance Parole) to travel outside of U.S. Again travel between US and Canada is not considered as a "Meaningful travel" if the stay in Canada is less than 30 days. Again if you have advance parole you can beat that too.
