Just Married an Brazilian F1 visa holder and wanted to know what out next steps would be? We were married in Hawaii and are waiting for the Marriage license to be mailed to us. I just have a few questions.
1. Can my wife now obtain an Social Security card?
2. Is there anything special that she needs to do regarding her name change with her visa or passport.
3. Who should we Notify? the INS, Immigration?
4. How long before she can freely travel between the US and Brazil without the Immigration possibly dening her access back into the US.
