Can anyone send me the official link (URL) for the Nebraska Service Center processing time for form I-131?

Does anyone know how long is the wait for getting a new Refugee Travel Document? It seems to me we are talking about 5 months of wait time based on what I found on a seach on "google".

The wait time for this type of document is ridiculous. Is it a way to speed the process up.

the current processing times stops at march 20 but it should jump soon.

Thanks Shamshon. The 03/20/03 is the date I found out when I did the seach on "google.com". I thought the info was incorrect. It seems to me it take BCIS awfully long time for them to process this type of document.

Why do you think the date will jump soon? How often do BCIS update this type of processing times info? What is the avarage processing rate?

I just submited my I-131 application yesterday, do you have some estimation of when can I receive a new one?

It will be updated because i applied on april 3rd and i got it 3 weeks ago. the time is not the same for everyone. For example mine took 3 and half months whereas Sessanga's RTD took only one month. The bottom line is that it is faster than Re-entry permit.
 
The reason the date says 03/20/03 is because there is some application that has the receipt date of 03/20/03. It may be that application was asked for more evidcence..Photo id etc and the person hasn't responded? Or th eprocessing is taking long time because of security check on certain applications.

It seems to me there is no general rule of when one will receive his or her new RTD. Some applicants might take longer than the others.

Can anyone tell me how the new validity date work? For example, if your old RTD expiration date is July 15 2003, do the new RTD will have a validity start date of July 16 2003?

Did anyone receive the new type of RTD (the light green color one)?
