Urget Please Help!!!

My wife's 485 case was issued a RFE on OCT 3rd 2007.Neither me nor my Lawyer have gotten the Letter yet.It is 9 Days already since it was issued. Does any one have similar experience. What do you suggest I do ?

Talk to an USCIS rep and make sure the address is correct on their file. RFE's normally would take about 4-6 six weeks.

Hi howdy who gets the RFE or NOID, the lawyer, applicant or both?

RFE always goes to the lawyer, I guess even NOID's go to lawyers unless you are not being represented anymore by an attorney.
