Urget Help needed ..H1 Stamping

Hi,

I worked (as intern) for company A from Aug-03 to May-04 while I was on my OPT. But in Feb-04 I got my H1 approved from company B and start date on that H1 was also Feb-04. But I never joined company B and kept working for company A till my OPT till May-04.

Then in June 04 first week company C filed H1 transfer for me and which got approved and start date was June-04. I have been working with company C since then. So I never actually worked for company B and have no pay stubs from it.(Although Company B had my h1 from Feb04 to June04, but I was also on my OPT till May-15-04.)

I am going to India in and will have to get H1 stamping. In the list of employers should I give the name of company B ? ( DS157 form, Question 12)
I cant get any experience letters from company B.

Use common sense!

Did you work for Company B and get paid? Did company B pay you any salary for your services? If the answer to both Q's is No then Company B was never your employer. Employer and employee is a two way relationship.

You can hold H1B's from multiple companies but can work for only 1 company.

Common sense dictates that Company B does not belong in your list.
