URGET! Address Change Question

Hi ALL,

I and my wife need to change the address while the following is pending

I485 for both of us
I765 for myself

should filing AR11 be enough? what else we should do? Will there be a delay in the case because the address change? and any problems that any one can think of.

I would really appreciate a quick response.

Thanks for the reply. Could some one tell us the address to send the AR-11 form? We want to send it through FedEx (other than USPS).

the address for AR-11 is listed on the USCIS website- where you download the forms, it is in London, Kentucky. Alaso note potential issues to be aware of: when you call, they will ask you for each pending application- make sure you mention both 485 and 765, this way they update for both.

Many (myself included) changed address and got confirmation form USCIS, but documents for FP's and reciets etc were still sent to old address. Just be aware that this might happen and watch out for docs when they are due.
Also, the online message may change to something which makes you think you have RFE, or approval or something on the way, when really it is just an update on you account ( so don;t get too excited).

but- you may be lucky and it may all go smooth. oh- and address change is not supposed to affect your timing for applications (!)
 
We want to mail AR-11 form through FedEx so we can track it better. The first address is PO Box and can't get a return reciept when mail to the that address. Can we use the 2nd address so we can get return reciept or signautre?
