Urgently Need Your Help

I have a EAD and H1B with me. If I do some part time job on 1099 will it effect my green card. I am currently on H1B1. Do I need to work on Ead please suggest. I have filled my 485 on March 2002.

As long as you got your EAD, you can take up multiple jobs. So a part-time job is legal as far as I know.

Even if you are on H1 status with your primary company you can
do part time job on the basis of EAD. Only thing is the moment you use EAD for the first time your status becomes EAD(even with your primary company your status becomes EAD, you don't need to tell your primary comapny about that) and whenever corresponding with INS in future you need to tell them that your status is EAD and not H1B
