and yesterday my lawyer got RFE letter for

1. CURRENTLY ISSUED LETTER OR EVIDENCE FROM THE PROSPECTIVE PERMANENT EMPLOYER THAT INDICATE YOUR CURRENT POSSION AND
2. Written STATEMENT FORM COMPETENT CIVIL AUTHORITY IN INDIA THAT YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS NOT AVAILABLE

Now my problem is I got layoff on oct 2002 from company x (who filed my gc) and got new job from another employer on jan. so my question is

1. Do I need to inform INS about my layoff ? if yes What form/document I need to send.
2. Do I need to attach anyother documents ?

I talked to my lawyer and she/he is saying just these two documents are enough. Need your help.

nop, are you crazy ?, they don't need to know why you change job, they only need to know your proof that you currently employee with similar job, so get your 3 recent pay stub and employment letter that should do it
