My GC is sponsored by Company A but I left company A and joined company B before company A filed my I 485.
Now I have an interview call in JAn 1st week.
They have asked for a current employment letter in the interview call letter which I received last week. I have 2 questions regarding this

1. Should this current employment letter come from company A or company B?
2. How current should this employment letter be ? Is it valid if it's dated anytime between the day I received the
interview call letter and the interview date OR should it be dated for last week of Dec ?

Please reply asap...

Hi rakuch

If I understand ur post currently, ur I485 was filed for future employment.

If 180 days have passed, then u can use AC21 for ur current employer (company B).

Talk to ur lawyer and find out what needs to be done in order to use AC21. Its better to take ur lawyer along with u for the interview, even though it cost u money, I think its worth it.
