in the meanwhile my job title changed.
what does that mean to my H1 revalidation and my AOS.

Not a problem

Shouldn\'t be an issue or a problem. IF INS ever asks you for any documentation, you can either get your company to say that your new job is similar in role to the one you had applied for, and that it\'s basically just a title change, or you can have the company give you a letter saying you\'re holding the old title.
