Hi,
I am travelling on AP on this weekend. My Alien number in I-485 is A099...,
but in my AP A99.... , the zero is missing! Does the zero carry any significance, can any body check there A numbers and let me know!

This is no issue. You should mention the A# with 0.

don't worry about the zero ( it doesn’t matter weather it's there or not) I had the same case two years ago I went to Iraq and here I am back in the USA no one gave me any problems in fact I didn’t know it was like that until last year, have a great trip and come home safe
