I have an interview next week. this is the question asked in the interview letter and my attorney's format as below: "A current letter of employment showing rate of pay, when employment began and hours worked per week" I worked for sponsoring employer in atlanta and i moved to detroit for the same company but different branch office 1 1/2 ago. Please let me know if this is correct or I need to change it. thanks a lot.
My attorney's format: This letter is written to verify that the position of IT Manager which Kannel currently occupies is still open and available to
him. He continues to be employed in the same profession as he held with XY company, his original I-140 petitioning employer.

We would appreciate anything you can do to finalize Mr. Kannel's approval
as quickly as possible, as he is a key member of our team. Thank you for
your assistance.

Please help me out.. thanks.

You are missing the asked for and key ingredients:

numbers.

Also, the employment letter should be written by an HR person at your company and reviewed by a lawyer. So, ask them to put your current position, date of employment and the salary/rate on paper.

Letters like this make me wonder what kind of drawings are on the bar exam
