My company is going to file my I-140 with substitution labor next week.

I just found out my previous working company changed its name two years ago. and my previous manager also left the company.

I have working experience letter with old company letterhead and my previous manager signed the letter. ( I got this letter when I left the company).

My question is: Do I need another working experience letter with current company letter head?

It is very hard to get it since my previous manager left the company also.

Thank you very much!

That should be fine. While filing I140, if you are referring the old company you can do it as below

For example
Worked as Systems Analyst in <<NEW_NAME>> (Formorly <<OLD_NAME>> ).

or

Worked as Systems Analyst in <<OLD_NAME>> (Currently <<NEW_NAME>> ).

it is needed Only if you are submitting any new justification letters. Otherwise your old experience letter should be good enough.

Just my opinion, i am not a lawyer.
