I intend to apply for the green card as the outstanding researcher (OR). I have published nearly 20 papers in Journal, but all these are engineering study. Now I am working in the medical school to do some research of interdisciplinary research (applying my engineering background to the medical research area). I am wondering that if I apply for the green card of OR, whether the fact that I am working in the medical school to do the interdisciplinary study will play a negative role during my application of the greed card for outstanding researcher.
