urgent-where to file EAD after 485 trasnsfered to local office

My wife need renew her EAD, her 485 case was filed at June 2003 at Vermont Center, but her 485 case was transfered to Newark NJ at Nov 2004.

In this case, where she should file the EAD renewal? Vermont or Newark, NJ. And how long it will take in this situation? Will e-filing be faster?
