My company is laying off people in the next week. The notice date for my 485 is 12/3/2001 (WAC02-056-xxxxx). So far I didn't rceive my approval.

If my comapny lays me off what options do I have?

If I get RFE, within how many days I do need to reply back?

How many more days u ppl think, it takes to get my approval?

You may start to work for an other company using your EAD (if you have one)

nope 84 days

search for a new job / job offer asap just in case some rfe is generated. Best of luck

Hi There:

Do not worry that's all I can say. I got laid off on July 30, got an RFE on Aug 13 and can reply till Nov 5. I started a job on Sep 4. So do get a job and rest leave it to god like I have done...
