Urgent : VSC direct number not working

Hi,

I was calling 802-527-4913 to reach VSC.
But, it says the number changed to 1-800-375-5283 which is BCIS general number .

Is there any other number to reach VSC IIO directly.

Because I have an emergency situation for pending-EAD that I need to talk to an IIO . The BCIS customer reps will not be able to help me
 
were you able to contact VSC directly recently?

As far as I know that since from mid last year, no one can directly contact the service centers. You need to call the NCSC and then have them send an enquiry to VSC.

If you have something really very urgent, you may talk to the senator or congressperson
