I am planning to extend my parents visitor visa (I94 expires Feb 1st week), I know I don't have enough time to file I-539 form.
My question is, is it possible, if we go out of country (either to Canada or UK) and come back USA with New I-94.
Please let me know whether this is legal way to do?
