URGENT TRAVEL to INDIA with Passport Stamped

Hi Folks
My 485 was approved and I got my passport stamped in June. I have to urgently travel to India today/tomorrow for some family emergency. Do I need to carry any other paperwork ??? Could there be any problem at time of reentry or in India??

Its urgent please respond, I have to look for tickets also

Carry either Courtesy or Original of I-485 approval with you. Just in case.
Atleast a copy of I-485 approval.
