URGENT! Travel on US AP/i-131 (Canada "GC" stamp in PassPort)

I have applied for i-485/140 concurrently in Nov 2004 (via substitution LC) at VSC. I got an approval for my Canada "Green Card" (Permanent residency) on the *same* day as I started my i-485.

My I-140 and Advance Parole are approved and I am planning to go to India soon using my Advance Parole.

Some background:
In April 2005 the Canada Immigration office requested my passport and stamped in my passport that I am a "Canadian Immigrant". To become an actual Canadian immigrant, I have to land in Canada, which I have not done yet (I have time till November 2005). BTW, I applied for my Canada Immigration in April 2002 and my US GC process really started only in Nov 2004 (with sub-LC!), so I could not say "NO" to my Canada immigrant visa based on the new progress in my US GC process. You never know how long the US GC takes to be approved.

This is my main question:
Would I encounter any issues when coming back from India on my Advance Parole if the immigration official notes that I have a Canada Visa stamp in my passport and my US GC i-485 is currently in process at the same time? If anyone has been in similar situation before, please share your experience.

Thanks in advance

NOPE! No problem at all

We did that too back in 2001. Now we have both GCs :p
Canada will stamp it on the back - US officer most likely won't see it.

One tip though - try to drive in to Canada (through Seattle border or Buffalo through trucks route) - don't fly. Airport immigration for both side are hassle.

GOOD LUCK!
