Folks,
I am in urgent need of getting some prespective. My TR case is pending in BEC since Sept 2004. Last year, my company agreed to file PERM and port PD from old case both cases were identical. PERM was approved after almost 10 months but PD portability was denied for Job location not being identical.
Our Attorney suggesting to file MTR. However, I am reluctant to file it as it may take long time before MTR is acted upon. Therefore, I would like to ask you folks to please provide some suggestions on it..
