Urgent.. someone please help

I have filed for pre-PERM labor through 2 different employers . My current employer is going to file for my case under PERM ... My lawyer says that we dont need to withdraw pre-PERM case from current employer to file under PERM. Is that true ??
My bigger concern is the case I have filed through 2nd employer since state is cleared for it and its in BPC for regional approval .. Will I have to withdraw that case if my file under PERM through my current employer ...

Please help me out
 
You don't need to withdraw your case with previous employer. You don't even need to withdraw your pre-perm case with current employer. when processing reaches that stage DOL send NOF(notice of findings) to your pre-perm case. if pre-perm case is approved before the perm approval, perm case will be denied.
