URGENT: section 9 and 10 on I134

Hi,

I have a question on section 9 and 10 of I-134 that I want to send for the visitor visa
of my parents-in-law

I have submitted I-134 in the past for sponsoring my wife when we had gone for Green Card interview (consular processing)

Given this, what should I write in section 9 and 10 now ?

Should I write that I have submitted affidavit of support for my wife in section 9 ?

Should I write that I submitted visa petition to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of my wife in section 10 ?
