Urgent -- RTD question

Hi, a friend of mine needs to travel and her RTD is pending with the INS. Is it ok for me to mail her the approved RTD to her foreign address? Or she should wait for the approval and then goes outside of the U.S.? thanks a million.

Yes it is ok. But make sure u mail it with FEDEX. If it will get lost your friend will have trouble with coming back.

BAD BAD BAD idea!! Let it get approved first before she leaves the country. I wouldn't take any chances. Just a friendly advice.

Can She leave the country without a valid Passport???? I never heared of that
 
I think she shoudl get an RTD then leave. Lot of things can happen while she is gone and her application pending....They can ask for new photos..or some other evidence..or lets say even an interview...I know never has happened but with USCIS you never know....Maybe they will ask something that only she can provide..bank statement etc....

I would recommend her to wait. If she can't wait, contact an attorney to get a RTD.

its more safe if she wait and get the travel document here
if she leave ,there is no gurantee she will ever get the document by mail outside usa
