Hi Guru,
My employer filed my labor from Delaware in 2003 and I got the status last week saying it is "denied" . I am still not sure the reason behind the denial of labor :( . I completed 6th year last Sep and in 7th year now. I have my H1 till this Sep 2007, can I ask my employer to file another Labor from NewJersey using PERM, will there be any impact in PERM due to the previous Labor denial. If I can file another Labor using PERM what are precaution's need to be taken, it is very urgent, anybody familiar of this situation help me with your suggession. Thanks in advance

There should be no impact of previous labor on the new one perhaps you can file for premium processing.

My advice is definitely got a good lawyer and never leave it to lawyers hands get involved and keep asking each and everything at every stage thats why we paid good money to lawyers and most importantly keep posting and asking in ww.immigrationportal.com. Many times I got information here that even my lawyer did not know....

Good Luck

Cheers,

IJ

Definitely, I am going to look for a good lawyer and process the PERM as per suggesstion. Really it is a relief for me after a week, thanks once again.
