URGENT - RFE for AP!!!

I filed my AP application in VSC. RD 11/03/00, ND 11/09/00. An RFE was sent for the signature on the apPlication. My name on the application is RAJESHWAR R TANIKELLA. (Tanikella is my Last name and R is my middle name). I signed the application as T. RAJESHWAR RAO. And that\'s the way I signed for documents like Passport, SSN card, Drivers License, IRS tax filings etc. I never had any problem before. Now VSC has sent an RFE saying that name of the applicant and signature don\'t match! This is a typical situation for most Indians. I really don\'t know how to handle this. Should I send my SSN card and Drivers License as proof of signature to VSC? Any suggestions please? Also did anyone face this situation before? If so, how was it handled? Thanks in advance for all your help.

The documents that you suggest yourself will probably be fine. But I would (personally) consider your passport as paramount, since that is the most important document that you travel with. So, if your name & signature are, as you mention in your passport, you should probably include that too....
