Urgent. RFE for 1040/schedule/attachemnt,but I lost

Hi,
I just received RFE for past 2 years 1040 and schedule and attachemtn.
BUt
I don't have copy of my 2003 1040. Can I use tax transcript from IRS or I need to
request photocopy of 1040 from IRS? The latter may take 60 days.
