Hallo Folks,

This is for my friend's case. His case got approved and so does for his wife. They both got there passport stamped last month.

But now his wife has received an RFE asking her to take complete medical examination which she cannot at this time since she is pregnant. They have replied back for the RFE to INS explaining the situation. So the case status has updated now saying recieved RFE.....

She would like to travel next month to india. Will she be having any problem at the Port of Entry since her case satus is now RFE issued. She also doesnt have her AP as she has to submit them during PP stamping.

You help will be really appreciated.

I don't think there will any issue at POE, as she has her passport stamp. Probably she will be sent to secondary check if POE officer finds something.
However, to be on safe side, I would prefer to set an appointment at district office and get an new AP (if they provide at all).

Oh Boy!!!

RFE after approval. .Man oh Man can we get a piece of mind even after getting GC????????????????//

pralay,

Thanks for your information. To just update u guys, she just called and spoke to the 1-800 1st level IIO officer and IIO has told it should be fine for her to travel wth her PP stamping. Hopefully, IIO knows what shes talking about. Like you advised, I have also asked them to fix an appoinment in nearby INS office.

Gorrilla,
Thats true though.
