I have a question regarding my friend's case who is going to Islamabad Pakistan for H1 visa stamping. He is living here in US since 2002 and working on H1B and never become illegal and has all the pay stubs since then. His old stamp got expired in 2004 and the new Notice of approval is valid until 2008.
He got the following questions:
1) What documents he needs to take with him to the consulate.
2) Any idea how long its going to take.
3) Is there any potential problem that can arise.
4) His wife is in Pakistan and she will also applying with him so what documents does she needs to present.
